Let me create a customized personal meal plan for you with recipes based on your likes and dislikes. You can take control and thrive. I LOVE eating and food is my biggest joy. I eat beautiful and delicious food for every meal and I want you to eat this way too. As a chef, I created anti-inflammatory meals for the high performance athletes of The National Ballet of Canada daily for 15 years. The goal was to help them heal from acute injuries, chronic pain and fuel their intense exercise. After I broke my hip skiing, I decided to put myself on this diet. I didn't really expect much change because I believed I basically ate an anti-inflammatory diet already, and I had zero food intolerances or sensitivities. I was humbled. I healed pain that had been so chronic, I had chalked it up to just how my body felt! It wasn't until I was fully pain free did I realize how many little aches and pains I had been living with, just coping with. Becoming pain free has made me slightly evangelical about eating this way. So much so that I have dedicated my time to helping others feel this good, to supporting and teaching people to eat this way so that they can fully thrive in their bodies. With this service I will meet with you to discuss your current diet, your goals, your likes and dislikes, your cooking abilities and the time you have to cook. I will then create a meal plan based on your goals and abilities. The plan will include shopping lists and 30 days of meals. .
