Service Description

Eating this anti-inflammatory diet changed my life and has made me a little evangelical about helping others experience the deep healing and well-being of eating this way. I developed this diet along with a nutritionist while I was the chef for The National Ballet of Canada. My main goal was to create the most delicious and appealing food, alongside the nutritionist's goal of managing inflammation to speed healing and ease chronic pain in the dancers bodies. After I broke my hip skiing I decided to put myself on this diet and everything changed. I can teach you the basics all the way up to advanced meals, one on one in your home. You can invite some friends and I can teach as I cook you a fabulous meal. We can design a course or session to fit your needs.
